I was told by my doctor that he could not take me on as a patient due to not having the staffing or the time. He recommended I go elsewhere for my care even though I am now in my second trimester of pregnancy. I have been run around in circles by them and they dont even come get you when your appointment is scheduled. Due to them I havent even been able to receive proper prenatals and have a check up done for the baby.
Had a scheduled appointment to come in and get checked and have an ultrasound and when we came in they took us back in the room like a normal appointment and told us they didn't wanna take us because of when the do date of the baby.
Waited two months for my appointment. Went in for my appointment and after a half hour was brought into a waiting room to be told while pregnant they didn’t have time to see me and they over booked themselves with 100 patients. They told me I could only see a male provider when I specifically asked for a female only provider. They put me back in the lobby and said if they got time at the end of the day seeing all their other patients they may see me. It was humiliating and a horrible experience.
I had a fantastic experience here. Very thorough, thoughtful and kind. Got me right in. I'm very grateful!
horrible customer service. the lady who answers the phones needs a serious attitude check. i called and asked about establishing new care, she was very rude and not helpful in the slightest.
