Want to buy some brake fluid and phone to quote $13 bottle, when l travelled half hour to there, there parts department staff said that’s $25 bottle…..? The $13 is in-shop service price, what the …. That kind of service like a dummy. I want to tell you Vancouver Volkswagen, don’t treat your customers like this!
Great experience buying a car here. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and was not aggressively trying to force a sale on us. In particular, Allen was super helpful and amazing at working with us on the prices of the cars we were interested in. Andy was also great in teaching us about all the functions and features of the electric vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership.
The most basic part of customer service is communication, and Vancouver Volkswagen completely dropped the ball. They never clearly explained their policies, which is unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I understand why policies exist, but if you don’t communicate them to your customers, you’ve already failed at providing good service. They wasted my time. I won’t be coming back.
