I wouldn’t recommend this dealer based on my experience. Compared to other VW locations, the staff here felt less considerate and at times even rude, and the prices for maintenance were noticeably higher. Personally, I didn’t find anything positive worth mentioning. If others had a better experience, I’d say they were fortunate, but mine was far from satisfactory.
The best experience ever when making such a large purchase. Mark Hansford, John, Allan, Andy, Lachlan and others looked after me through the entire journey. Kept us updated throughout and got us into the most amazing vehicle. The ID.4, what an amazing car. I have huge appreciation for Andy Gee, who walked us through the orientation of our new vehicle. Eveyone at VW Main street that I have dealt with has been amazing . Graham, Tina, Vick were the true MVP’s that helped me with my 2nd purchase from this location. Highly recommend
What should’ve been an exciting first‑car purchase ended up feeling stressful and unprofessional. The staff seemed indifferent, communication was awful, and the whole process lacked basic care and competence. They didn’t meet even the simplest expectations, and after this, we definitely won’t be returning.
