Bought a ID4 recently from this dealership. The EV Specialist Allen Huang was very helpful and knowledgeable about his product. These guys took more of the low pressure sales approach with very little surprises. The negotiations went without the usual high pressure inflate the price first then make the customer think they are getting a deal. Overall, I felt I got a fair price but not a screaming deal. I’m happy with my experience so far of getting a new car from here. Carlson helped me from the very beginning and made the whole process smooth. Thanks also to Andy for preparing the car in a short time at my request and for walking me through the features before handing it over.
I recently purchased a new Taos from this location and had a great experience. The process was fast, easy, but information. Andy was very kind, patient, and made sure that I felt comfortable with my new vehicles features before leaving the parking lot. I would purchase a vehicle from this location again (although I hope I don’t have to for a while!).
