I went to purchase a new car at Richmond VW and did not have a great experience so I made my way to Vancouver VW. Just recently got my 2026 Golf R from here and a lot of the reviews mention that the people here treat you like family and I can confirm that this is in fact true. I know it can be hard to believe especially when you walk to any dealership nowadays you are hounded by salesmen or ignored completely but dealing with Mark (General Sales Manager) and Graham (Sales) had to be the best experience I’ve ever had, even Howard in finance was friendly and helpful, as such I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a VW to go here.
