I went to check out a car they had just gotten in stock, and I probably would have been comfortable moving forward with financing if the experience had been handled better. Unfortunately, the salesman I dealt with was not only unprofessional but downright rude at times, which completely soured the whole process. It’s frustrating because the car itself seemed fine, but the way I was treated made me lose confidence in doing business with them.
Worst continuous experience with a dealership I've had. Recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle for my father. When looking into the purchase the sales rep (Allen) continuously called/texted multiple times a day seeing if we had a decisions. Always had an answer to all questions regardless of facts. I had a great experience with Inder’s car service. The service was fast, professional, and very reliable. Inder was friendly and explained everything clearly about the work done on my car.
