I've been a customer over 6 years. Not any longer, aside from a high staff turnover rate they have consistently failed to notify me when glasses were ready. Sometimes I've waited months to find out they were ready for several weeks. I've also had to warranty 3 different times the lenses or coatings. The safety frames they offer are extremely dated compared to current styles available elsewhere.
