Called to try to set up an appointment, the receptionist was very nice on the other end till I stated the type of insurance I had, then her attitude change 180 degrees; Said "ugh" at least three times in a few minutes and seemed more like a problem than not. I stated I didn't have my number in the beginning- she asked questions then got to the number and told me to call back. Very disappointed and if this is how one person feels about our insurance at this location then my family and I will go somewhere else.
Dr. Patel and his staff are the best. I'd absolutely recommend this office.
I would highly recommend Vancouver Vision. I am dealing with some difficult eye problems and everyone has been incredibly helpful and kind.
Staff is very knowledgeable. So kind and helpful too.
