Update: Had to lower my score because we've had several issues in the past 12 months. Examples include (1) mistakenly withdrawing rent money from a tenant's bank account AFTER their tenancy ended and then not refunding this amount (~$2500) for over a week, and (2) not getting the proper forms signed by our new tenant (e.g. missing Form K) and again taking over a week to resolve the issue once notified.
