It was a pleasure dealing with Colleen and the entire Vancouver Rental Group, they’re very professional.
Terrible communication, information was often either given to me incorrect or just never passed along. Honestly at times thought the business was a scam or something, due to how unprofessional. An entire letting agreement was written up incorrectly.
I wanted to rent an available unit at the Rosewood residences but Nayua become completely non-responsive unfortunately.
