They seem to be at the mercy of the landlord, no checks and balances for the landlords they take on. Would give zero stars as they are only useful to the landlord. Have been waiting two months to get a deposit back. Which is in direct contrast to the two day turnaround time to pay said deposit. If you are a tenant skip them at all costs. You're better off working with a landlord directly or a management company that deals with one building.
