Bought a Volvo here. Have had problems ever since. Got ghosted midst having it diagnosed. I've paid over $1000 in repairs. This dealership is the absolute worst. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. I've reached out multiple times. I paid $30,000 for a safe, reliable vehicle as I'm a single mother with four kids. These people are CRUEL.
I bought a 2011 Jetta from Vancouver Pre-Owned. It was quick& simple. Ana gave me the best warranty deal. This Jetta is way more affordable compared to my many previous vehicles I have bought over the years. I really appreciate the price range, a little under $10,000. If the car runs 5+years, I will continue to buy cars in this price range from Vancouver Pre-Owned. The kilometers are low enough that it will be a reliable car, that should last me many more years to come! I'm excited to try something different!
Posting this on behalf of a friend because what happened to them at Vancouver Pre‑Owned is unbelievable. They bought a used car there in September 2025. The contract clearly included an extended warranty from Global Warranty for $3,600. Two weeks ago, they got a letter from Global Warranty saying Vancouver Pre‑Owned never paid them—not once. I saw the high rating of this store so decided to purchase a used sedan here. I felt happy for my decision. Staffs were very friendly and energetic. The vehicle I was looking at it’s in a good shape despite that it’s a 2009 civic with 170k mileage on it. Brakes look new, so do the tires; engine bay is clean, Carfax is also clean. Well I have attempted to contact you guys through multiple sources but you seem to have me blocked. I bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe from you guys back in November. It came with a 1 year warranty with Global Warranty. I attempted to use this warranty yesterday on the vehicle and was informed that you guys canceled the policy on December 19th after multiple attempts from Global Warranty to receive payments from you. I would like to know how we fix this going forward. I have tried texting, calling and emailing.
