Posting this on behalf of a friend because what happened to them at Vancouver Pre‑Owned is unbelievable. They bought a used car there in September 2025. The contract clearly included an extended warranty from Global Warranty for $3,600. Two weeks ago, they got a letter from Global Warranty saying Vancouver Pre‑Owned never paid them—not once. Bought a Volvo here. Have had problems ever since. Got ghosted midst having it diagnosed. I've paid over $1000 in repairs. This dealership is the absolute worst. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. I've reached out multiple times. I paid $30,000 for a safe, reliable vehicle as I'm a single mother with four kids. These people are CRUEL.

Well I have attempted to contact you guys through multiple sources but you seem to have me blocked. I bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe from you guys back in November. It came with a 1 year warranty with Global Warranty. I attempted to use this warranty yesterday on the vehicle and was informed that you guys canceled the policy on December 19th after multiple attempts from Global Warranty to receive payments from you. I would like to know how we fix this going forward. I have tried texting, calling and emailing.
