i can't say enough good things about this pizza company. I'm a pizza snob. This pizza is great! the dough does have a sweet after taste but i love that. the flavors are wonderful. i've literally have have tried every pizza joint in town, no other compares. The staff are always friendly even when they are slammed with business. I love you guys!
First off I make dough almost everyday at the resturaunt where I manage. I know pizzas and have a very good back ground with it. Their pizza here is far from a good pizza. For one the dough is sweet? And that makes the browning on tue crust taste more burnt. No cheese under the toppings which makes it all fall off. The Canadian bacon tastes like hot dogs, really gross.
