I had an appointment here for my son back in July 2018. They didn't bill the insurance properly at the time, but I didn't know it until a week later. I emailed them repeatedly to get them to bill it, and they kept saying they did, but they never submitted the claim. Now they have the audacity to send me a collection letter (in January 2019) even though those morons not only have my insurance information on file, they also have a credit card that was put on file in case the insurance didn't go through. I was very happy here, my son loved going. Although he had some work done and they were supposed to follow up. I called and called for weeks. Left messages and emails. I finally called again and a woman answered who told me they have now closed down. "The last dentist gave notice and they're closing down" An email or something to let all their loyal clients know would have been nice. I'm now trying to find a new dentist and hope to get my sons files moved before they're lost or destroyed.

I didn’t not like the Old Dr there. He asked me to hold my daughters arms down when the sedation didn’t work! The new Dr seemed very professional and my kids didn’t mind seeing him.

Really disappointing. Staff and the dentist never even smiled to my children and barely talked to them. This should be a "pediatric" clinic, but beside a few features for children, looks pretty much like an ordinary clinic. The prices are pumped up because they present themselves as children friendly. I went to the other place and it was a completely different story even though it was a regular dental clinic. I'm never bringing my kids there again.
