JONACHAN Merino front office supervisor, Chelsea Green ARNP. This is the best service I've ever had in my life on some of the best people I've always met from the front desk when you first walk on the customer service to the back supervisor to our nurse what a blessing and I recommend this to anybody and all the Washington County love you guys God bless you I love that you took care of me and my wife and my kids will always be coming back and tell everybody.
Staff super nice! I've never had a problem here and have been coming for a little over 2 years. Love my son's provider Mabel and have always been able to get in for nurse visits for immunizations.
Jennifer (the front desk receptionist) is simply an angel. I have been on the phone with multiple healthcare providers (and insurance, what a mess!) since our move to Washington, And almost all of them have been unkind, snippy, rude, you name it. It was a breath of fresh air to get Jennifer on the phone. She was extremely kind, and showed the same amount of urgency as I did about my concerns. I do not know her. This is an honest review. Dr. Johnson's nurse, Ms. Judy, has been incredibly helpful to me today, and this is certainly not the first time. She has assisted me in numerous ways in the past, but today she has truly gone above and beyond. She was able to arrange for a very important doctor's appointment to be rescheduled and moved up by several months.
