My experience with this Vancouver Luxury Rentals was first. The agent Maryam Davood-Abady is extremely well qualified. I highly recommend her.
Totally recommend Baxter for finding renters—he’s professional, proactive, and really works hard to keep your property occupied. Kiara is an amazing property manager. She always responds promptly, is incredibly knowledgeable, and if she doesn’t have an answer right away, she’ll find it and follow up quickly. She also has great connections with tradespeople, which makes resolving any issues fast and easy. She’s absolutely wonderful to work with!
Beware. This company is very unprofessional for both tenants and landlords. If you ever rent a property with them, be sure to do a microscopic inspection when you take the property, because they will do it when you return and will ask you to surgery room standards on the delivery. If you don’t, they will hire overpriced companions for a job they won’t allow you to check. They are very backed by government mediators’ decisions, so don’t ever trust an appeal will succeed.
