Dr. Brock is exceptionally knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He is very patient with questions and accommodates different styles. The staff members are all very lovely people - Rhonda has a very warm and calming presence, which was superbly helpful for the patients. As a long time client (over 20 years) of Vancouver Laser and Skin Centre I can whole heartedly recomend this team of professionals. Not only are the prices reasonable but the results are amazing and effective. I have tried many of the treatments and products offered through this centre. I am 64 years of age but people often marvel at my skin and comment that I look significantly younger than my cronological age. Dr. Rowthorn is great! She takes her time to understand your wants and explains her approach and your options. I didn't feel rushed or pressured and appreciated her attention to detail. She is a pleasure to deal with! Kristi, the physician's assistant that I had, was also great!
Want to go back � The staff and service are exception
Bad experience here. For my first time, I originally asked to see Dr. Braun. I was surprised the day i went in when they told he was unavailable and that Dr. Brock could see me. Dr. Brock is inexperienced. I requested a refund due to the poor results which they provided, but I requested to see Dr. Braun recently upon moving to Vancouver because Dr. Van Aardt in Halifax recommended him and he basically told his staff he refused to see me because I didn't like his crappy proteges work.
