We recently hired this caregivers company for 3 weeks and they did an exceptional job. The caregivers and it’s manager made us feel greatful and important. My husband felt confident about the care he received. The staff was very profesional, kind and caring. Presently we are planning to engage their services again in the spring. Thank you VIC!
One star given as there was no option for zero and there punctuality is fair. Poorly trained caregivers. Not able to provide extensive medical care. Limited knowledge of dementia and senior related care. Lack of concern and empathy towards clients and their families. Argumentative and complete denial of adls.
I can't say enough good things about VI Caregivers. They responded quickly to my request for almost-24-hour care for my aunt when she returned home after a stay in hospital. They were reliable compassionate, competent, friendly and flexible. Ley responded to my emails and WhatsApp messages promptly and her staff were exceptionally helpful. Knowing my aunt was being well cared for took a huge weight off my shoulders. Highly recommended!
