I contacted this appraisal company multiple times by both phone and email. On both occasions when I spoke with someone, I was told I would receive a call back the next day. No one ever followed up, and this was a time-sensitive matter. Very disappointing experience. Don't waste your time.

Very poor experience with V.I. Appraisals! Expensive, very poor communication and the end result was nothing short of disappointing. After many weeks of emails back and forth asking for explanations for the comparables they used, one of which was in a community a 3 hour drive form ours, and the 2nd was nothing like our property, the owner stopped communicating with us. There are many other appraisal companies to use on Vancouver Island, so stay away from this one!
