Retaliation is alive and well at Vancouver Ford! On 3-22-2022 my husband, Matt Bishop, and I had our vehicle serviced at VF. We were advised the service would take an hour from the time our Mustang was dropped it off. The vehicle was checked in, Matt walked to a coffee shop, (22 min round trip walking not including order & wait time) and returned to the dealership's waiting room.
