I have never had to walkout on a care provider in my life. After my experience with Doctor Ian Yu I went on Google and not to my surprise similar experiences to mine in the review section. Instead of listening to my issue and the back story of what I think happened to my feet he just rolled his eyes, also asking me Why am I even here? The place was a bit dirty and worn down. The doctor was late to the appointment and then left 2 times during my consultation to see another payment. Instruments used included a plastic protractor from 5th grade geometry, measuring tape, and the “eyeball test”. Unimpressive overall
Very thorough and spends a good amount of time with patients. Very happy with the orthotics
