Today was my third visit with Dr. Yu, and I have been very impressed with his professionalism, attentiveness, and quality of care throughout the entire process. During my first appointment, Dr. Yu listened carefully to my concerns about my bunion and thoroughly observed my feet and walking pattern. I have never had to walkout on a care provider in my life. After my experience with Doctor Ian Yu I went on Google and not to my surprise similar experiences to mine in the review section. Instead of listening to my issue and the back story of what I think happened to my feet he just rolled his eyes, also asking me Why am I even here? The place was a bit dirty and worn down. The doctor was late to the appointment and then left 2 times during my consultation to see another payment. Instruments used included a plastic protractor from 5th grade geometry, measuring tape, and the “eyeball test”. Unimpressive overall
