I’ve had many dental appointments over the years, and honestly, Veronica, the hygienist, is the best I’ve ever had. She gets the job done without butchering your teeth or causing unnecessary pain. She’s kind, gentle, attentive, and genuinely cares about making you comfortable. I would recommend Veronica yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Dr. Kwoo is an excellent dentist.
Anh, Jess and Veronica, are remarkable at what they do, by being welcoming, efficient and professional. Additionally, Dr. Bong is nothing but an experienced and professional dentist during any of my treatments: great at communicating, upfront and explicit about all the procedures, and admirably ever-learning. Can’t find a better dentist than that in Vancouver. P.S. the view at the clinic is breathtaking.
I recently had a cleaning at Dr. Bong Kwoo’s dental office. Courtney, one of the dental hygienists, did a great job. What I particularly liked it was painless. They have a new type of cleaning machine which works without causing pain, not like the old one which sometimes could cause sudden pain
