Dr. Kwoo is a lovely dentist with a gentle calm manner. He doesn't try to upsell you on anything but let's you know if there are "issues" he's "watching" and tells you how you can improve your dental hygiene to avoid further issues. All his hygienists are also very good, and make sure you are comfortable all the time. For someone like me with VERY sensitive teeth/gums this makes every dental visit a breeze. I have been seeing Dr. Kwoo and his team for years. They are amazing. Very thorough and transparent about what is happening with oral health, both for myself and family member. There is no push towards procedures and really focus on making sure things are okay.
Dr Koo said hi as I got off the elevator and the staff greeted me shortly before getting on with the appointment on time. Dr Koo and his staff are very knowledgeable and easy going. I have been going to them for decades now and highly recommend them.
Everyone in the office is kind. Dr Bong is reasonable and never pushy. I also like the oral surgeon referral I was provided. Great dentist.
Excellent service and staff at Dr. Bong Kwoo clinic! He takes the time to go over in detail various treatment options in a detailed manner. Hygienists are all extremely kind and compassionate. Would recommend to anyone seeking dental care in Vancouver.
