I had a great experience at VDS Clinic! The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very professional. Dr. Faranak is excellent and takes time to listen and explain everything clearly. Soraya was amazing — kind, knowledgeable, and truly caring. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic and their wonderful team!
Totally disgusted and enraged by the overt racism my friend experienced here by the receptionist. I hope you remember what you said and can take some time to reflect on how dismissive, insensitive and belittling that was. For anyone looking to access services here using alternate coverage (Ie: Non-insured health benefits for First Nations and Inuit), it will be a steep challenge here. Dr. Faranak is honestly the best dental specialist I’ve ever been to. She’s caring, detail-oriented, and really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with the results. The staff are just as amazing, so kind and professional. The office feels clean, modern, and welcoming, which makes every visit easy and stress-free. I’ve never had a better dental experience. I’d recommend them to anyone!
