I have gone to Richmond clinic for the first time followed by several more monthly appointments and I can vouch for the efficiency of the people who work there. They are all very efficient, kind, polite and knows well their eye practice. It was more pleasing to know that each call is answered without any voice mail leaving message instructions and new appointment is given right away. I requested my appointments be transferred to Vancouver but it proved to be the wrong clinic to go see my opthalmologist who practices there to... read more
Personally have had a great experience here. The initial consultation and followups were thorough. Dr. Oliver cared about my wellbeing enough to offer services that not only helped me with my issue but also gave me peace of mind. That whole staff, including Jelly at reception, were expedient, clear, and similarly concerned with my comfort throught my time at VCES. Looking forward to continuing my care here as needed

This afternoon my wife and I had our first appointment with Dr. King Chow and our very kind receptionist Jelee. Though they were very busy they both took the time needed to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Highly unprofessional and dismissive staff at Richmond location I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received during my visit to Vancouver Coastal Eye Surgeons' Richmond Office on June 3, 2026, for an 9:00 AM visual field test. The registration clerks at the front desk displayed a very poor and dismissive attitude.
