Waited 1/2 hr to be seen by a doctor that barely spent 10 minutes with me
Clinc could care less about helping a patient. In my case a 100% disabled veteran whom simply needed a prescription for antibiotics. I was staying on my boat in the washougal marine and as such was on foot. When I asked for help I was turned away and was told to go vancouver. I told her I was on foot. She said sorry cannot help you. I guess they were not sorry enough to actually care and help a person/veteran in need. Thanks for nothing!!!
Have been patients with the Vancouver Clinic for 25 years. So thankful for all the great care we have received.
This clinic does not accept state insurance (Apple Health/Medicaid), which means they turn away the poorest and most vulnerable people in our community. In a town like Washougal, where access to care is already limited, refusing to serve low-income patients is disgraceful. They’re essentially saying: if you're not profitable, you're not welcome.
