Just unreal what these places get away with in terms of screwing people over with scheduling. Two months after an urgent referral from bleeding and STILL no callback. After calling again they said don't even expect a call for another two months at least. Healthcare in this country is an absolute trainwreck
Literally the most user unfriendly automated call directory ever?? It automatically hangs up after asking you to hold to leave messages, and pressing “4” doesnt give any options, you have to manually enter them. Not great for someone new to the clinic like me. Or anyone.
Called to schedule an appointment in November of 2024. They scheduled me for May of 2025 but, a couple of weeks before my appointment, they call to reschedule out 2 more weeks. Two weeks before my rescheduled appt, they called AGAIN to reschedule. If I have a life-threatening gastric situation, I'm dead!
Horrible communication. Can't ever get through and get help.
This place is a complete desrespect with the patient. It’s been 6 months that I try to schedule an image test but it always a mess with the referral. The front desk is completely lost on the informations and make it hard and hard, saying completely different informations every time you call there and adding incorrect notes to the clinical team. It’s really sad see a place that is supposed to help patient waiting it get worst and worst due to NEGLIGENCE
