shame on you Vancouver clinic throwing elderly disabled lady out of your clinic because she was 20 minutes late to an appointment do to a car accident. you are putting profit above patience!
I have been calling since 1pm , it is now 5pm. No one has called me back. Can’t even leave a message for my Doctor. Will be changing clinics ASAP. It doesn’t seem right that a full term pregnant patient can’t get ahold of anyone.....
Maybe if they started to show they cared about another human being I could recommend.
Consistently, every “specialist” I’ve been referred to at Vancouver Clinic has been dismissive and had a condescending attitude. It’s truly odd and seems pervasive across specialities. It’s very unfortunate that the big egos I’ve encountered aren’t backed up with a genuine desire to help patients. I haven’t found that to be the case with Peace Health, Rebound or OHSU; physicians at those facilities seem to know how to care for patients with respect while diligently doing their medical best to help.
Their doctors are friendly & helpful but their administrative department(customer service, billing, etc) is horrible. There is no follow through. You get different information depending on who you talk to, transferred in circles when you ask to speak to another department and a lack of urgency when you are trying to get help regarding your care. I keep hoping they will get better however, they don’t!
