they never submitted a workmans comp claim.bill went unpaid.sent the bill to the wrong address.later sued said that they served me. his mother, number 1 I am not him he had not lived at my house for years, I was not even home when they said they served me.I had just gotten home from Europe and was at my parents house.got back to the states after midnight.won by default in 2014. just now froze his accounts 5 years later.the company he worked for closed and has not worked for them for 5 years.never said a word to him about the... read more

My son has been with The Vancouver Clinic and the same doctor since he was born. Two years ago they stopped accepting the insurance plan he had. So I switched to the one they did accept. They have been trying to kick him out ever since. Now they REFUSE to accept him as a patient, though he's been actively going there for four years. My son is in need of medical attention and now I have to start all over finding a pediatrician. I am so very angry with their heartless policies, which seem to change all the time.
They canceled my daughters appointment twice. They never called! They claimed to have called each time. They make me feel like they don’t care about their patients. We slate going somewhere else.
I just want to thank everyone that helped me at The Vancouver Clinic yesterday in Urgent Care, Radiology & Sports Medicine. I don't know how you all coordinated a same day surgery miracle at the 87th Ave location but I am eternally grateful. My only complaint is that it took 2 hours to get my pain under control but once that was accomplished it was all smooth sailing. Thank you TVC!!!
I've always had great experience with this clinic at any location. They address all your needs in a timely manner. They have an app you can download on your phone and you can view your chart at anytime and send messages to your doctor if needed. Great clinic for any medical concerns you may have.
I came to the Dr. With my daughter today. Her appointment was in the same office as the urgent care reception. When I arrived a woman had been informed that her insurance would not pay for her to be seen there. She was escalating and talking quite loudly. It was obvious that she was frustrated as most of us would. The three ladies at the desk were so professional and kind to her. A shout out to Mary, Lateashea and Laura.
