I have been on hold today for 25 minutes just to make an appointment! This isn't the first time I've gotten HORRIBLE service here. And... surprise!... no one answers the complaint line! disgusting!
My son needed to get a covid test to return to work - as he was sick. He got the appointment and was told the test was $200. since he was on my insurance as a child - they tried to bill my insurance - and they dont covid test unless the test is ordered by a doctor. so $500 and 3 days later he got the results along with another bill for the actual lab test - which I thought was covered by a Federal grant. My angry part in this story is after I handed her my visa and was signing the visa - she said there was a VA doctor office... read more
My daughter is being discriminated against because of her disability. This is not the first place that’s done this. Because she requires extra steps they say they can’t give her the vaccine because it’s too hard and they don’t have enough room. Clearly they aren’t willing to adapt and my daughter can die if she gets Covid. Really disappointed
This place is the worst. We have been going here for years and honestly it’s just one bad experience after another. After this last screw up I have decided we are never going back. They charged my account in error ($300), so naturally I let them know. They launched an “investigation” and still won’t reverse the charges. Unbelievable. Do your self a favor and stay away from these crooks.
DO NOT GO HERE. I have never once left a review for any business but I am absolutely enraged and even reactived my Facebook and other accounts to share this. I went in for a normal FULLY COVERED check up to get birth control. And they charged me $600 because "I saw a doctor." Yes I had to see a doctor (who was in network) to give me a pap smear, random people shouldn't be performing those. And now when insurance is questioning them about this BS, they are saying well it's illness not wellness. What's the illness when everyth... read more
Waited 5 weeks for a dermatology appointment with Corey Richardson, PA. My daughter met me there after her work, and arrived 12 minutes late. As she’s walking down the hall, the receptionist informs me that they cannot see her. I told her that my daughter is walking down the hall but they declined. She said they always run on time. I patiently requested they reconsider since were already here after waiting 5 weeks, but NO! Apparently running on time is more important than taking care of patients. Get your priorities right pe... read more
They will lie to you about their billing and say they never received your payment when it has cleared your bank. The billing department are incompetent and marked my payments as insurance payments instead as from me. They mark your account delinquent and threaten collections but then miraculously they find all of the lost payment months later. HORRIBLE service and completely useless!

Was at the Salmon Creek clinic today(1.6.21) for lab work. While precautions were being taken in the reception area, the room in which blood is drawn was over crowded - literally had an 2 employees standing 2 feet away from me - not including the woman drawing the sample. Extremely disappointed in the Vancouver Clinic.
Two years ago I had to walk out of a primary care physician appointment due to indifference and lack of respect for my physical complaints. Today, I needed to make an appointment for a skin related condition. However, Vancouver Clinic COVID-19 policies require patients to use their flimsy surgical masks upon entry to the building. I have a documented immune deficiency and use both N-95 and eye goggles when in public like grocery stores. I was told this would not be allowed at the Vancouver Clinic, essentially forcing me to p... read more
