The Vancouver Clinic as a company is awful and incompetent with billing. If you don't want issues with your bill / insurance go elsewhere.
Easy to find, lots of parking. The staff is wonderful and professional
I’ve been there since I was a child, great staff, great doctors. It’s a good place to go in general
Little knowledge on billing. I went in for a physical with a couple other issues and I had to pick between the other issues and the physical. I asked them why and their response was because insurance doesn't pay for it that way. I called my insurance and they didn't know what the tell the clinic was talking about. HIPAA h i p p a was violated personal and medical information was discussed in public. I was made to call me n 15 min early for no reason. My info was already well established.
