My kids see a pediatrician at this location and we've had very positive experiences over the past 2 years. The clinical staff take time to answer questions and treat the children with respect. I've also had labs done here for my own health needs and was seen promptly and efficiently.
I broke my left hand on a Tuesday night and was seen at legacy go health urgent care, but days passed without hearing anything about a referral to orthopedics. I messaged my primary care doctor, Dr. Jesse Khangura, around 7 or 8 a.m. to let her know I hadn’t heard anything yet. Dealing with medical issues is already hard and it doesn't help when the staff/doctor disregards the financial aspect (or just misinformed themselves). My wife saw a cardiologist. He recommended two options but pushed a more invasive procedure (making it seem as it would provide a more comprehensive understanding of the issue she was having).
