Communications and listening skills are severely lacking. My wife needed a prescription filled. We are traveling and are only here a short time. She explicitly asked them to call it in to Walgreen instead of using our mail order pharmacy because it would take too long and miss us. Guess what? They sent it to the mail order and due to insurance requirements it can't be changed. Thanks fir nothing.
