My wife has had extensive care with TVC, and suffered from a number of severe mistakes. There was a delayed diagnosis, lost records, a missed lab order, delayed labs and other issues. I'd give this clinic ZERO STARS if I could. The support staff and lab personnel are kind and helpful, but hardly any other aspect of this practice works. You can never get an appointment and when you do, you cannot trust your primary care provider(s) to pay attention to the details of your care. My personal experience has been a consistent pattern over time of missed diagnoses, incomplete (or no) follow-up and unresponsiveness. Friends, Beware of Dr. Emily Patterson Jones, glaucoma specialist currently practicing at The Vancouver Clinic, Vancouver, Washington.
