I’m deeply disappointed with this clinic’s approach to patient care. Instead of addressing issues efficiently, they repeatedly schedule unnecessary follow-up visits for the same concern. It creates the impression that generating additional appointments and billing opportunities is prioritized over resolving the patient’s problem in a timely, responsible way.
