Everyone was so helpful and kind. Especially since I have bad anxiety when I go to the dentist they knew and work with me. They made me feel comfortable and explained what they need to do so it was easy for me to understand with my anxiety. They cared about how I was great team of people. They even helped me with my insurance
I highly recommend Vancouver City Dental. They are a no-nonsense clinic. They have always provided me with great service and I am always informed of all my options. One of the best things I love about the clinic is that they are also always on time which keeps me on time which means to me that they value my time.
Dr Mark, the hygienists and the front desk staff are great! Dr mark fixed my rough and chipped tooth. Much better. The space is nice and they always make you feel comfortable. 5 stars! The front desk folks are helpful and their booking system is really efficient
I had my first appointment yesterday. I have severe dental trauma and anxiety. When I was 10 years old a needle broke off in my mouth and had to be extracted manually. Needless to say, I don't trust dentists. I left my house feeling like I was going to vomit all over myself but halfway through the appointment I was feeling fine and really cared for.
