I recently visited this clinic for a cleaning before leaving my full-time job. While the staff were friendly, I was disappointed with their procedures. I was told it was mandatory for all new patients to have an exam with x-rays, so I was booked for both the exam and scaling on July 25th and 26th. Unlike other dental clinics I’ve been to, they did not check my insurance coverage ahead of time.
