Truly the greatest staff. So helpful, friendly, and trustworthy! I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care with your best interest at heart!
Great prices and nice guys
While other local shops told me the parts would take several days, hadn't even asked for make or model and a few didn't know what some parts were (plenum gasket), the rep here asked all the right questions, could get the parts same day and even suggested the gasket before I'd asked. Upon pick up I added more items that other shops were charging more for and got answers to questions the other places were unsure of. That first impression will be an everlasting one. Thanks so much for great service!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at VAP Auto Shop and wanted to give a special shout-out to Yazdi for going the extra mile to help me. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. It's rare to find customer service like that these days, and his dedication really stood out. Thank you, Yaz... read more
