Both Sales guys were helpful an nice. Manager was very rude . An disrespectful I don't recommend buying a car from them
The owner is cool and gets things done. Day to day employees are trash. Will give you the run around and don't bother calling for anything. You will get no where. Some male employees are sexist. Wouldn't even talk to my wife no matter what she asked. If I only had to deal with the owner I'd buy another vehicle here. But that won't happen.
Very surprised to see these SCAMMERS are still in business and not yet shut down after scamming about half of the town. There's several FB groups against these crooks. With pics and evidences of their harrasments, threats to customers etc. Same as AUSTINS AFFORDABLE AUTOS with a different name but still at the same location same owner: Matt Austin. STAY AWAY from these THIEVES!
crime family they lie & screw anyone..old ladies..single mamas..dont care pretty sure they are maffia or mob or whatever dont do business here! look up austins affordable autos..same ppl..yhey changed the name look up better bussiness bureau & reviews..u'll know that many are telling u something... wish i would have!
