My review has went from 1 to 4, thank you for communicating.
Their phone service sucks. You’ll sit in the waiting room forever and if you haven’t been there in a while, you have to establish a new patient again and they’re backed up to December.. But when I was in there that one time I was there for over two hours, that’s why I didn’t go back but my doctor JP retired so I need to establish a place so I can get my meds filled and didn’t want to drive a long ways from my house, but it looks like I will because they’re backed up And not taking patients until December.
Must be a Vancleave thing like in the click, if they know you they will move the world but if you’re not from here, don’t expect any help. You people are messing with peoples lives for their medications and the lack of communication on your end is very dissatisfying!!! Even call in to schedule with your staff is a chore due to how rude they are! I’m over it and disgusted with the staff, I don’t see my money getting spent here much longer!!!!
