2 hours on hold with no answer for you to hang up after locking my account. Disappointed in the declining service of this bank. It's literally safer to put your money in a matress or any other bank.
I'm very happy with everything this credit union and it service. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the lack of Visa chequing. It seems like a small thing but would make purchasing online much easier. I can't get around as mush as I used to so I'd like to be able to more online shopping.

I've banked with almost every major bank in Canada and 2 credit unions, and I can confidently say that the experience I've had with vancity is one of the worst I've had. Incompitance is the main thing to watch out for, staff are trained poorly. The amount of time I've spent to attempt to resolve simple tasks is astounding. Even after they resolve the issue, they aren't willing to make things right as a result of their mistake, even for relatively small amounts.
