$10 in monthly fees and I still have to pay to use my own card. Meanwhile profits are up $70 million for Vancity. This is no longer a credit union - it’s just another big bank.
Coin counting machine is no longer available.
2 hours on hold with no answer for you to hang up after locking my account. Disappointed in the declining service of this bank. It's literally safer to put your money in a matress or any other bank.
I'm very happy with everything this credit union and it service. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the lack of Visa chequing. It seems like a small thing but would make purchasing online much easier. I can't get around as mush as I used to so I'd like to be able to more online shopping.
