Zero flexibility at this branch, staff is pretty good usually, but extremely "overdoing" their job. After a visit this a.m all i asked is to have a certified draft from my biz acct deposited in my chequing that i paid for and already waited for a week to clear, to be told it will be another week followed by questions on where and why those funds will be used like it would make a diffefence, than to be told "Vancity need to make sure funds are there". The area has been taken over by drug addicts. The adjacent stores - coffee shop have closed and the furniture store next door has complained about this. This branch area is NOT SAFE

ATM's aren't open outside of business hrs.. what's the point of them other than taking the tellers job when the branch is open.. might as well just eliminate the tellers already. Hire a security guard to stand within the atm area when banks not open if need be. Edit: Only outdoor ATM pictured. Dirty and in an inconvenient location.
