I've never seen more than 2 tellers working. 4 people in line, 5 staff members chatting and wandering around. 15 minutes to wait to make a deposit. As usual. If you ever make it to the front, the service is great. But I don't believe "getting there is half the fun"
Had my card cloned and used for fraud from the use of this drive through ATM. Visiting from Los Angeles and it's the only time i used the card and therefore the only explanation. Huge inconvenience as of course I had to block the card and now in all kinds of fraud disputes over the multiple charges, without access to funds while on my trip.
Zero flexibility at this branch, staff is pretty good usually, but extremely "overdoing" their job. After a visit this a.m all i asked is to have a certified draft from my biz acct deposited in my chequing that i paid for and already waited for a week to clear, to be told it will be another week followed by questions on where and why those funds will be used like it would make a diffefence, than to be told "Vancity need to make sure funds are there". The area has been taken over by drug addicts. The adjacent stores - coffee shop have closed and the furniture store next door has complained about this. This branch area is NOT SAFE
