Robbie was incredible! He took the time to really explain and break down the entire morgage process and what was available for my husband and myself. He never made me feel like he was bothered when I kept asking so many questions and was so kind and positive! Van city is lucky to have such a warm and welcoming employee!

I come in monthly with a request for a large amount cash for rent and it's never a problem, the staff have been a pleasure to work with. Plus the ease of parking nearby when using the ATM at other times is super handy.

Vancity comes up on the page of no credit check when opening up a bank account. This is not true at all, they require a credit check and more. This bank treated me like a 3rd class citizens. I would not recommend this bank to anyone looking to get ahead in life. Even though it's against the law to get denied anyone a bank account this bank doesn't care.
