Mr. Vance came to our house to check out our system due to it wasn’t working correctly and within and hour he had it fixed and our sprinklers are working fantastic. I would defend recommend Vance Irrigation to everyone!

Vance Systems LLC. Curbing is a FIVE STAR business! In response to Erich S., and his one star rating, he’s lying. It was a curbing job that was done for his mother! Apparently, HIS mom’s lawn person hit our finished product in several areas and caused breakage which was not our fault. We were happy to fix the mess that was made from the lawnmower at an additional cost, being that it WAS NOT OUR DOING, but they refused. I had a emergency with my sprinkler system. Kevin showed up at the apt time and solved the problem . I was greatfull and would recommend Vance sprinkler system.
Had curb a lawn installed with this company. The job is only three months old and it is already cracked in seven different places. Called three times about the issue. Did not return my call. Well i guess they got our 1600$ thanks Vance. I would not reccomend this company. Sorry.
