The office itself is nice, but Vance Sanders is not. I agree with the others who wrote that he is moody, even emotionally unstable. That's the last thing you want to put up with when you are seeking help. I've never had a problem with a physician before, but this one, whew, he really takes the cake. I would take your business elsewhere if I were you.
very rude does not take enough time with patient if things don't go his way he acts sort of mad. I would say STAY AWAY
Terrible emotional and unstable. Had poor knowledge would not listen to patient and if you ask the wrong question he leaves the room the room in a huff. Stay away.

Terrible doctor, horrible bed side manner, no sympathy. Waste of a copay and 2 hrs of my time. Stay away from Dr. Sanders and his horrible office staff especially his medical assistant. Your better off going to E.R., the only way this Dr. will examine you is if you are covered in cheeto dust.
The office does not seem to answer their phone most of the time. I find myself going to the office personally to get doctor order for certain procedures. They do not keep accurate records either. I stopped in for an annual blood work up and they told me I needed to make an appt since I hadn't been there in two years. My last appt was in February for my annual an received a pneumonia shot. Had to cancel most recent appt because he was running an hour or more late. I had other things to do.
I did NOT have a good experience with Dr. Sanders. At the initial visit, he never made eye contact; he just stared at his tablet and entered notes as I answered questions. When I mentioned pain I'd been having in my thumb, he never even touched and/or examined my thumb, just wrote me a prescription for Naproxin! Another time I needed a prescription refill, & the pharmacy refused without reason. When I spoke to him, he stated he was tired of folks not making appointments & just wanting refills
