Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider rush your appointment? No Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
