Used the Service department. The 2 individuals that i believe are probably the service writers are great to work with. Both bent over backwards to explain and work with us customers.
It's my 5th vehicle that I have purchased from Vance and I will never go anywhere else!! I don't care if you shopped 100 other places you won't find anywhere that will treat you like this place will!! Great Selection, Awesome Customer Service, and the Best Dealership!!

Idk what was the problem or so funny with the guys changing the oil, they kept my keys then the lady at the window asked me if I knew them I said no, she said oh okay cuz they were saying the D word so I found that very disrespectful from her asking me and thinking it was funny, I never had a problem before, I don't know if they have a new crew or what, just still pretty confused about the whole thing.
