We have been repeatedly billed for the same thing, we paid right away and they forgot 6 mo later billed again showed proof of payment twice now going on third time watch your bill. They got my glasses wrong sold me bifocals that I did not need and lost daughters contacts for 3 months.Forgot tint on one order and they are super hard to get ahold of. Any other place get eyes checked order glasses pay and in a week pick em up. This place is like the drug friend who never leaves. One star because none isn't an option.
Absolutely love Dr. Vance. She is a pleasure to see. By far the most painless doctor's appointment ever.
This was one of the worst visits I have ever had. Dr Teknipp was not friendly and he made me feel like he did not want to take care of me. I would not recommend him for to any one and I will not be returning.
