Bought shades through Lowe’s and apparently these incompetent people are their only contractors. They canceled the first two appointments on me only to be told that we’ll get back to you on scheduling another date. Waited a week and still didn’t hear back from them. I followed up after a week and was told they only have something available more than 2 weeks out when I’ve had these roller shades and have been trying to get them installed for almost 2 months. Ordered a door from Lowes, which subcontracted Vance to install. Took them 9 days to be able to get me scheduled. Were supposed to come on a Friday. After waiting a couple of house after the installer was supposed to be at my house, I finally called to ask when they would be here. At that time, I was informed they were running too late from another job and asked if I could reschedule for the following Wednesday. Cannot recommend this company enough. Very intelligent, respectful, does fantastic and meticulous work. Very diligent and kind. I'm thinking about doing more work on my house just so I can contract them.
