One star is too many. I took my 2023 *** ********* that I bought from Vance chevy for a routine service. Fluids were not topped off not even sure if my vehicle was ever properly serviced. Took my vehicle to ***** *** in ******, ** to have some recalls fixed. Upon **** inspection they notified me of an oil leak which Vance Chevy had caused obviously cause the vehicle was only serviced there. Shady & bad business. Started on paperwork for a vehicle late at night and was told they would finish processing the paperwork the next day in the morning to see if we qualify. Instead of doing that, they sold the vehicle to someone else and left us in runt after waiting for so long for the vehicle to arrive from "in transit" status.
Seniors On a Fixed Income Be Warned My mother who is 79, disabled, and lives on a fixed income took her vehicle in to be serviced at the Miami Chevy Buick GMC. She asked the gentlemen what needed to be done. He told her she should do everything listed in the recommended service manual for a car well beyond factory warranty and worth approximately $5000.00. This person is describing an experience that didn't even happen to them. They did not leave any sort of information that would allow me to even look into the transaction. They are assigning value to an unidentified vehicle and referencing events that they have no first hand knowledge of. I was under the impression that the BBB required some accountability on both sides of the table and didn't allow vague claims that occurred in the third person.
