Angie was a horrible leasing agent…from start to finish she was rude & not helpful at all…had us come back/sent us away even though I had an appt cause she said she was at lunch at 2 something in the afternoon she didn't offer for us to stay right there & wait…and she rushed thru the tour. Might have been because she was vaping as she left the vape pen out on her desk. Only reason I selected 2 stars was because I did actually like the apartment I toured just not the tour or agent
They are currently threatening LEGAL action against residents for simply emailing them about the rat and roach infestation. AVOID. DO NOT LEASE HERE. There are many more constant issues and reasons you should not lease (constant car break ins, attempted APARTMENT break ins), but to threaten legal action for simply reaching out about a RAT INFESTATION is a very big red flag.
Please read if you’re considering this place to live: By far the entire year I’ve been here had been horrible. I should have known at the beginning when I came to get my keys. First off I was told to come on a Saturday after 2:30 pm to move in. I came and no one was at the leasing office but it was open. I looked around and then I heard snoring from the desk area. Submitting this review with the caveat that the building is currently transitioning to a new management team so I'm hoping these issues will be resolved soon.However, this is the third management team in the 1.5 years I've been here, so my expectations are pretty low. PROS: great location, I love my neighbors, and I've generally had a good experiencewith Freddy and the maintenance team addressing my tickets in a timely manner. Avoid This Place – Management & Ownership Are a Nightmare I've lived at Vance at Bishop Union long enough to confidently say this: this is not luxury living — it's a scam with a fancy logo. I'm currently paying over $2,000/month for a one-bedroom unit, while the same floor plans are now being listed for under $1,600 for new tenants. When I asked about this, management shrugged it off.
