I called Randy this morning because our upstairs unit stopped working and it felt like a jungle upstairs. He was able to get me on the schedule same day. He was communicative, on time, friendly and clearly very capable. In fact, his price to fix the broken unit was so fair we decided to have him replace the same part in our other unit! We will definitely use Vance Air Conditioning again and I would highly recommend them!
