Evan was very nice and thorough. He was able to diagnose and repair our AC within a couple hours.
Vance A/C & Heating was responsive. They answered the phone even though it was a holiday weekend and I was a new customer. The recommended solution was not the most expensive option. Their recommendation combined real world practical considerations with high tech equipment to provide an optimum solution for our particular needs. We were traveling at the time. The installation was done while we were absent. They took good care of our house and left it as clean as when they arrived.
Mr. Vance has provided his expertise on numerous occasions for us at our current home. Today we requested his opinion of some issues we are experiencing on a new construction project. He has always been and still is very thorough. I highly recommend him. He goes the extra mile for his clients.
