Mr Vance and his team truly went above and beyond! Once they had the necessary parts, they were able to fix my AC within just a few hours. Teresa is an amazing lady—she was incredibly supportive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. Mr. Vance was also there every step of the way and made sure everything was taken care of. I called Vance AC on Tuesday with an HVAC system that's got a long backstory of not cooling properly. I was looking for a very in depth technical diagnosis & report of what the underlying issue is. Mr. Vance spent 25 minutes on the phone with me as I walked through the history, prior diagnostics and current system symptoms.
