Sold a vehicle out from under me. Watched it more than a week out from delivery and communicated with sales only for them to sell it the day it arrived. “Nobody wants a manual” no, no one can get their hands on one.
I am so grateful for the service department. My ram work truck had a warranty issue. I bought my truck elsewhere. And I regret that I did not buy it from them. They took care of all the warranty stuff. And made me a priority so I could get back to work. Van campen is going to be my new service center.
Usually my go to shop but this last time I felt like a bother. It seems like they basically held my car for 3 weeks and gave it back to me in slightly worse condition then they received it. Lol. On the upside customer service is always superb! Bobby is a sweet heart and the mechanics seem to always answer all my questions and work with me financially.
