So far they have been very accommodating. I recently bought a 2022 Jeep Wrangler and I bought it before any inspection was done. I found a couple things wrong with it and they have provided a loaner car twice now and are trying to get the jeep in tip top shape for me. John and Josh and Chad, have all been very professional and will answer any questions or concerns I have. I am hoping this Jeep will last our family a long time and I hope others get to experience a friendly car buying experience like I have.
Service was good and was completed as promised
buyer beware!!! I bought a used jeep from them about 2 months ago told them i wanted the service shifter warning fixed before i buy it. They said it would be, when i picked it up it came on on my way home, called and talked to them they said they couldn’t get it to do it. so they had it for about 8 days to fix that. Watched it more than a week out from delivery and communicated with sales only for them to sell it the day it arrived. “Nobody wants a manual” no, no one can get their hands on one. EDIT after reply below: I asked to go forward with a deposit and about details of refundability. I asked your salesman for 24 hours to which he liked my message.
