ZERO STARS! Christopher is a SCAMMER! HE WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT AND WONT RETURN IT. THE WHOLE POI,NT OF A DEPOSIT IS TO GIVE IT BACK... THREE PEOPLE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THEY WILL SMILE IN YOUR FACE, AND TAKE FROM YOU. BE CAREFUL DOING BUISNESS WITH CHRIS OR MARTA. DISGUSTING!
Christopher is a fantastic trainer--knowledgeable, passionate, professional. He's really perceptive about your weaknesses / what you need to work on, makes every session a challenge by mixing up the workouts, and pushes you to finish your reps. I'm quite happy with my progress after two weeks and can't wait to see how far I can go.
