I have been searching for a used car for my son for a few weeks. I didn't have much to spend but I wanted to buy a car that was safe and reliable for my son to travel back and forth from school in. Vanbro is an excellent dealership. There pricing is great with top notch customer service. They have always accommodated me even offering me water when I arrive which is a great touch. Please take all the negative reviews with a HUGE grain of salt. Some people you just can't please. I have multiple friends that will agree Vanbro is the best place to purchase a car. They make me feel welcomed and will urge anyone who is thinking of buying a car to check them out.

I had purchased a truck from the scam artists a little over a year ago. Before my month was up my transmission was slipping they wouldn't look at my car and told me it was because my alternator died. I kept telling them it was transmission and they took advantage thinking because I am a woman I did not know what I was talking about. bought a truck from them....One shock out, treads on all tires low, horn didn't work, chassis bent, plus much more. should have never passed inspection. when i called and threatened to take them to court they hung up on me. after calling back i was offered dirt for them to take the truck back.Because i just wanted these lowlifes out of my life i negotiated a little then accepted. after gong to pick up the money i had to fight with them for over an hour just to get less then we agreed upon. these "men" are liars with no moral... read more

Recently bought a 06' Nissan Altima with 71,000 miles. Within 900 miles of the purchase my service engine light came on. After bringing it to my mechanic for over a month as he tried to figure out the problem, and hundreds of dollars spent, it was determined that I needed a rebuilt engine because of excessive oil consumption. When I brought it back to them they insisted the car was fine and after 3 visits to their dealership trying to get the problem resolved they basically told me to go f*** myself. Please stay away from this car dealership. I am first time used car buyer. I recently bought a used car for me father, these people didn't give us the title and not until we release and ask them. They gave us the temp. registration for 45 days. And we have called multiple times for the original one. However, they treated my worry and concern same as their service, same shix.t. So, I am very disappointed and same as others leave their review here.

This is the best place to get a rip off. The two brothers think that they can treat people like they are dirt. These people will rip you off without a doubt. I went there to look at a car and they thought by looking at the clothes I was wearing that I couldn't afford it. They treated me like I was worth nothing. Seven years ago I bought a Ford Explorer from them. It was already seven years old. It was fully loaded. I paid 7,000 for it. The car never gave me any major problems. I just changed the oil and did the regular upkeep, tires, tuneup. The truck took us from Florida to New England several times. I really got my money's worth. I hope to be able to go back and get another great deal!
