We have a blended family situation and Vana repeatedly confused the mother and stepmother for two years, sometimes giving one confidential information meant for the other. She perpetrated unfounded opinions without fact-checking. Emails were sometimes returned from the email account of her significant other (his return email address). She was opportunistic in scheduling both children at the same time, consequently charging double for appointments.

no staff, just Vana. She has done amazing things for the communication channels between my husband and I. I can't thank her enough.
