I love the place was member club over 1 year the equipment are great the girls are very professional the only think I do NOT is the membership $150 every year ( ridiculous )is a scam and every month 65 $ charge which is not right:( when I enter member club they told me one time only then I got charged every year 150$ I walk away
They charge me and I cancel the monthly plan
Never be a member with them! They charge me and I was calling them to cancel my membership and they never do that.I call my bank to replace my card
One star regards to their systems and operators. They make it impossible to cancel your membership. I emailed on 2/4/23 and no response. I emailed and called on 2/8/23 to cancel and was told I needed to have an appointment with someone to cancel and then would get a "cancel form" to complete. I had a confirmed "cancel appointment" for Monday 2/13 but no call received. The main reason I started going to VANA is the laser service but VANA has many great services. Including my free facials I get every month with the membership. I throughly enjoy my monthly facials by Nina. She is very thorough and I have a relaxing experience every time. I’m always greeted by friendly staff and service is always very professional and comforting.
