Every visit is excellent the Dr and all office staff are on top of everything .. Dr Bill Van Wyke is no longer at Pronto Med Care Dr Mattese has no bedside manner what so ever. Dr Joyce who took over for Doc Van Wyke is ok more worried about my pain n psych meds he didn't fill my blood pressure meds I called Thur Friday still not called in over the long Labor Day weekend I have no blood pressure pills 🤨

I had such high hopes that this would be the provider I could establish new care with. I made my new patient 9am appointment. I arrived 15min early so that I could fill out any paperwork necessary. I was not called into the room by a very nice MA until maybe 9:15. I waited until 9:30 for the provider to come in and I left. On my way out nobody cared enough to ask if there was an issue. I called to complain and I was told that he came in as soon as I left. He was 30 minutes late for his first appointment. This is unacceptable... read more
