Dr. Karcher is the best. I have been going to him for years and all of my family trust him with our eye health.
Dr Bidlack is the best! He took the time to explain what was going on with our daughters vision. He answered all questions and made us feel comfortable. He took such good care of our daughter. Biggest thank you to him and so glad we found him and we will never change to another eye Dr again.
Dr.Karcher is an phenomenal eye doctor. He is absolutely the best eye doctor that I have had, and will recommend him to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. It shows that he is very knowledgeable, and loves what he does.The staff at Van Wert Vision is extremely friendly, and very prompt with getting back with you. Van Wert Vision has been helpful with my vision care! Dr. Karcher and staff have always given kind and skillful in every stage of every visit. From greeting me and checking me in, to eye testing, and vision testing, with clear and thorough evaluations. My glaucoma is kept in check. I trust them with my total vision care!
I have dealt with Van Wert Vision multiple times over the past almost three years. Anytime I have had a problem they have worked with me to get matters straightened out. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I had to take my three year old with me to my last eye exam, and the ladies in the office were very helpful with keeping her occupied. Dr. Bidlack is always very polite and does well with explaining things when you have questions. Keep up the good work everyone!
