I absolutely love Abby Evans! She is a wonderful doctor both my children go to her ! And I wouldn’t want another doctor ! But their front office staff is absolutely disgustingly rude! I called to reschedule my daughter’s appointment! And I was very unpleased! I don’t care if you’re having a bad day. I work in healthcare! Never would I dare to think to talk to one of my clients like that! Absolutely disgusted with the front office here! That was enough to make me want to switch Pediatric doctors!
Rude staff members. When I first called To get my son in I was giving my sons information and they interrupted me “this is a children’s pediatrics place” I said “yes I know I was telling you my sons information” she said “no you were calling about yourself” uhhhm no I wasn’t. Doctor is never around. My son got super ill a few months back so I called the office/nurse, they didn’t seem to want to listen or care about the situation. Do not here it’s a terrible place for children.
Very rude on the phone they acted as if I was dumb scheduling for my son saying I was scheduling for myself then aren’t on how it was a children’s hospital when I never said anything about myself
