My husband and I recently needed a new bed. We have never been to Van Wert Bedrooms but thought we would give it a try in our mission to buy a new bed from a local business. From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and treated very well. After going in not knowing where to even start we walked out a half hour later smiling from ear to ear with our new amazingly comfy bed on its way! Can't thank you enough for making my dreams sweeter!
My wife and I have never purchased our own mattress before and wanted to keep business local. From the time we entered Van Wert Bedrooms until the delivery of our bed, the experience was top notch! What I loved about Randy and his staff is that they didn't show us every single bed and have us lay on them and ask which one we liked best, rather they asked us questions about our daily habits and sleeping patterns. The lady that sold me my mattress and box springs was very helpful and very nice. 2 men just delivered them. They took my old mattress and box springs. They did a lot of heavy lifting and had to go around a corner. They did an excellent job and were also very nice. Thank you !
I went into the store with intentions of purchasing a new King mattress. After trying out several mattresses, I then tried an adjustable Queen. I've had back problems for years and the adjustable seems to be the "ticket"!! I'm not tossing and turning all night anymore! Thanks Amy & Randy!! Delivery was quick!!
Went in with an idea of the mattress I wanted tried it and it was not right. They put me on one that was perfect and it was LESS MONEY this proving to me they care more about me having the right mattress than how much I spend. Plus the delivery was on time and the guys were great.
Every purchase I have made in the bedding department has come from Van Wert Bedroom. I have been extremely satisfied with the honest approach to meeting my sleep needs. I will be back for another purchase in the future.
Had back surgery been sleeping in a left chair and got are new bed and for the first in 4 months was able to sleep in a bed! Randy worked with us and got just what I needed. Recommend a visit with him and you will not regret it.
The sales people were awesome! Was a very good experience. Never knew how much a bed can change how I sleep,the adjustable bed is a God send! Thank u so much Amy for being so knowledgeable and helping me to sleep better!
