When my wife and I decided we were going to start a family, it became clear to us that we wanted to be closer to family so our future children would be closer to our extended family. In 2007, I took a job that would relocate us back to Michigan. That is when we were referred to Van to help us sell our house in AZ. Van helped us put the house on the market in the attempt to sell. Unfortunately, the housing market crashed and we were unable to sell the house. Van then helped us find renters, as we attempted to bridge the time needed for the real estate market to rebound to a point where we could sell the house. Over a period of 8+ years, Van helped us find new renters a couple of times over that stretch until we finally got to the point where we could put the house on the market again in September of this year. The house needed a number of items fixed and other touch-ups in order to be presentable. Being thousands of miles away, Van was our point of contact for handymen, utility hookups and other important aspects over the years. In summary, over the years Van became much more than a realtor to us...he became a friend! My wife and I can not recommend Van highly enough if you are looking for a realtor to buy or sell a property! This little paragraph will not begin to outline the appreciation we have for what Van has done for us. Simply put, he went way above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor and we will forever be grateful to him for that. If you need any further background on Van, please feel free to call me at 734-417-5835. Thank you, Van! You are a man of impeccable character and a true professional!
